        Spanish Support Assist with Spanish/English translations.
        Hosting: Short-Term Provide housing for asylum seeker(s) short-term, from a few weeks or months to a year.
        Hosting: Full-Term Provide housing for asylum seeker(s) for longer than a year.

        Food/Meals Provide food or cooked meals on an occasional or regular basis.
        Clothing, etc. Willing to be asked for material things (clothing, toys, personal items, etc.).

        Drive & Accompany Drive and accompany guest to appointments, shopping, etc.
        Pick-up/Drop-off Provide transportation without participating in activity.

        Neighborhood Orientation Help familiarize guest with local streets and resources (bus routes, shops, post office)
        Home Visits Visit guest or invite for a visit. If applicable, offer play dates.
        Field Trips Include guest in cultural events, scenic tours, outdoor experiences, etc.
        Life Skills Show guest how to organize paperwork, pay bills, keep appointments, etc.

        Driving Coach Provide driving lessons and/or assist at DMV.
        Car Advisor Provide advice about car purchase and maintenance.

        Tech Support Help arrange phone plan, explain TV controls and computer access, etc.
        English Tutor Provide ESL lessons on a regular or occasional basis.
        Medical/Dental Liaison Help schedule appointments, fill out papers, and serve as a medical advocate.
        School Liaison Assist with school enrollment and meetings; advocate for appropriate services.
        Job Counselor Help with job search and mentoring when guest receives employment authorization.
        Psychotherapist Provide mental health services.
        Legal Liaison Schedule appointments with attorneys, fill out routine paperwork,
and/or attend court appointments (as a companion, not as an attorney).
    Mediation / Conflict Resolution Offer methods to discuss and address conflicts that come up between asylum-seekers and/or with staff/volunteers.
     Anxiety or Post-Trauma Work Breathwork, yoga, reiki, etc. practitioners for post-trauma/anxiety work

        Site Finder and Liaison Seek out appropriate homes for asylum seekers and liaise with owner.
        Repairs Provide carpentry, plumbing, and/or electrical services.

        Board/Committee Serve on CASP Board or one of its committees (Finance, Fundraising, etc.)
        Development Assistant Research grant foundations, speak with potential donors, propose lucrative fundraising events.
        Fundraising Coordinator Organize fundraising events (concerts, bake sales, art shows, etc.).
        Volunteer Coordinator Match guest needs with volunteer offers and skills.
        Grant Writer Seek out funding sources and write grant applications.
        Website Maintenance Edit website content as needed.
        Writer/Editor Write/edit press releases, brochures, financial appeal letters, etc.
        Artist Design displays, illustrate brochures, etc.
        Photographer Take photos for CASP publicity.
        Social media Post CASP news on social media sites.
        Office Manager Help organize storage and workflow in CASP office.
        Office Assistant Perform clerical tasks, answer phone, etc.
        ACLU Assistant Help get detained asylum seekers released to their families in the U.S. (Fluent Spanish required.)
        Penpal Correspond with an asylum seeker in detention.
        Hotline Volunteer Serve on National Immigration Detention Hotline.
        Phone Monitor Serve as a long-distance monitor during Credible Fear interviews.
