Mission: My Whimsical Illustrations will include a unique theme each week; Fairy Tales, Seascapes, Celestial scenes and Paper Sculptures!
Message: Right now, in a time of fear and uncertainty, we need to find creative ways to support asylum seekers who have fled violence and oppression in their home countries. CASP has devised a unique way to raise funds for their mission of providing for the basic needs of asylum seekers by involving local artists!
As an artist, I will be practicing my art five days a week during the month of May. If you sponsor me, you will receive a sample of my work each weekday for four weeks! You can see links to my fundraising page, as well as that of other participating artists here:
This fundraiser is a community effort of writers, photographers, illustrators and many others who have joined forces with the hopes of raising $50,000 this year.
